Your Tasks
- You will inspire national and international existing customers from the financial services industry in the factoring & leasing segments for our software solutions and provide them with advice and support as a contact person
- You analyse the requirements of well-known major customers, create implementation concepts and advise them at eye level
- Thanks to your organisational skills, you won't miss a single tender and the customer will have all the documents before the deadline expires
- We focus on long-term cooperation, which is why you always act with foresight and conduct negotiations unerringly until the contract is concluded and beyond
- Based on your comprehensive understanding of processes, you are able to implement simple customer requirements with the help of our design tools
- As soon as a project is realised, you act as a link between the customer and the project team together with the project manager
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or business administration or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have already gained several years of professional experience as an IT consultant, project manager or in sales of software solutions / product-based software projects
- You enjoy customer contact, think in processes, enjoy working in a team and inspire us with your confident demeanour
- You find it easy to empathise with other people and you enjoy contact with the specialist and board level
- You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
- You are happy to be able to visit our customers on site
